Our tequila selection is always evolving so be sure to ask your server!

This tequila is classified as one that is aged for more than three years. The ultra-aged tequila is darker in color than añejo with a dark mahogany shade. Because of the lengthy aging process extra añejo is the most expensive, but it will be the smoothest tequila.

Mezcal
Agave is cooked inside earthen pits that are lined with lava rocks and filled with wood and charcoal before being distilled in clay pots. All mezcals are served by Sal de Gusano/ Sal de Chapulín and an orange wedge.
Mezcal gets its smoky flavor during the production process. The hearts of the agave plants, piñas, are cooked in pits in the ground in a style that's similar to that for making barbacoa. (Tequila agaves, by contrast, aren't cooked.) The cooked agave is then crushed, combined with water, and allowed to ferment.
